What Is a Nadra Card?

The processing and delivery times depend on the category you select:
- Normal category: Approximately 31 days after approval by the case officer.
- Fast category: Around 23 working days after submission.
- Urgent NICOP: Delivery in about 7-10 working days after submission.
NICOP Application Categories
When should I apply for modification in NICOP?
You should apply for modifications if there is a change in status, such as a change in your name, marital status, or family head.
What is a POC (Pakistan Origin Card)?
The Pakistan Origin Card (POC) offers foreign nationals of Pakistani origin incentives for returning to Pakistan. It also grants free entry to Pakistan. The POC is valid for 5 years.
- If you have a Pakistani spouse but no roots in Pakistan, you are eligible to apply for a POC.
- For nationals of Spain, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Portugal, you must cancel your NICOP before applying for a POC. If you are applying for the POC first, there is no need to cancel your NICOP.

Can I pay with someone else's credit or debit card?
Yes, you can use someone else’s debit or credit card, but only with their consent.
Is there a cash on delivery option available?
No, cash can only be paid directly at the office.
