APPLICATION FOR Pakistani PASSPORT RENEWAL ONLINE

Mandatory Documents:
1. Valid NADRA Card
2. Expired Passport
3. British Residence card

Apply for a New POC (Pakistan Origin Card):

  • Latest Photograph (as per the photograph guidelines).
  • Photocopy of the Front Page of your MRP (Machine Readable Passport).
  • Pakistani National’s ID Card and Copy.
  • Affidavit Provided by NADRA: Completed by a Pakistani national, enabling you to apply for the POC card.
  • Marriage Certificate (must be in English).
  • Copies of Family Members’ Nadra Cards and photographs of family members.

Renewal of POC :

  • Latest Photograph (as per the photograph guidelines).
  • Photocopy of the Front Page of your MRP.
  • Pakistani National’s ID Card and Copy.
  • Affidavit Provided by NADRA: Completed by a Pakistani national, enabling you to apply for the POC card.
  • Marriage Certificate (must be in English).
  • Applicant’s Parents’ MRP.

Modification of POC :

  • Latest Photograph.
  • Photocopy of the Front Page of your MRP.
  • Pakistani National’s ID Card and Copy.
  • Affidavit Provided by NADRA: Completed by a Pakistani national, enabling you to apply for the POC card.
  • Marriage Certificate (must be in English).
